[roll] Roll fuchsia [zxio] Add support for channels in zxio_create()

This adds support to the zxio_create() entry point for wrapping a
channel speaking the fuchsia.io.Node protocol by calling the Describe
method and then processing the resulting description.

This also adds a zxio_create_with_on_open() variant for channels that
are expecting an incoming OnOpen event, most commonly as the result of
calling fuchsia.io.Directory/Open() on a parent with the
OPEN_FLAG_DESCRIBE flag specified.

The new entry points are not used in fdio or outside of tests in this
change. fdio still requires type information to allocate appropriate
storage for the zxio objects, so it is using the zxio/cpp/inception.h
defined entry points.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance via the IRC channel #fuchsia on Freenode.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
