"message": "[roll] Roll fuchsia [scenic] Add top-level \"health\" inspect node.\n\nThis is managed by the new `HealthInspector` class, which iterates\nthrough a list of predicate methods, pronouncing a clean bill of health\nif all predicates pass. If there are failures, they are listed along\nwith a short description.\n\nThere is one initial predicate, which would have been useful in the\ndiagnosis of fxb/503416593. If the display is on, Scenic expects to\nreceive vsync events at ~60fps; if it is not receiving them then this is\nan error in the display driver stack.\n\nOriginal-Bug: 503416593\nOriginal-Bug: 505107420\nOriginal-Reviewed-on: https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/c/fuchsia/+/1583213\nOriginal-Revision: e0633333f5cd0d2eea381de5cca901d415dad26e\nGitOrigin-RevId: c217f6992a2f65702801518967da5144ce42e6da\nChange-Id: I6235384b2b0360317f1b1d634079b9ee1afee9ad\n",
