[roll] Roll fuchsia [starnix] Parse types to zx_restricted_state_t directly Previously in syscall_loop and signal_handling, we parse types to zx_thread_state_general_regs_t first and then to zx_restricted_state_t. This CL get rid of that intermediate parsing. Also remove the zx_restricted_state_t in the RestrictedEnterContext since we don't need to pass around it anymore, we can get the registers directly from the CurrentTask. Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.
First install Jiri.
Next run:
$ jiri init $ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration $ jiri update
Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
