[roll] Roll fuchsia [kernel] Remove code relating to ZBI-loaded kernels The kernel is now loaded as an ELF, so this is all dead code! In particular the x86 kernel should be loadable at any physical address now and we should no longer see the problems were seeing with large, instrumented kernels failing to load at fixed addresses next to holes in RAM.
