[roll] Roll antlion Remove soft equality for now-removed RequestStatus affordance

A previous change required inserting a soft equality so that antlion
tests would correctly interpret the RequestStatus WLAN honeydew
affordance while associating.

Now that honeydew is migrated to the new fidlgen_python bindings, this
soft equality is no longer required.
