[roll] Roll infra/recipes [jiri] Show full stderr in summary_markdown for failures

The old behavior of showing only the last line of the Jiri stderr often
was unhelpful for failures, especially git-related ones, because the
most useful error message was often not in the last line.

Now we show the full stderr, which is more verbose but much less likely
to force users to dig into logs to find the root cause of a failure.
