[roll] Roll fuchsia [ffx][target_errors] Use concrete error types

Refactor the `target_errors` host library crate to remove generic
`anyhow::Result` mapping boundaries.

- Introduced a structured `DaemonProtocolError` enum using `thiserror`
  to classify protocol connection anomalies explicitly: `ProtocolNotFound`,
  `ProtocolOpenError`, and `Unexpected`.
- Refactored the public `map_daemon_error` utility function to return this
  concrete enum natively instead of dynamic string-erased anyhow boxes.
- Removed the `"//third_party/rust_crates:anyhow"` dependency entry
  from the crate's `BUILD.gn`.
- Adapted the sole downstream consumer in `target/holders/src/daemon_proxy.rs`
  to explicitly map the concrete error value into an anyhow box at the
  tool boundary edge.

Test: `fx test target_errors_lib_test`
