  "message": "[roll] Roll fuchsia [fxfs] Replace to_vec with into_vec in some places\n\nBox\u003c[T]\u003e::to_vec() makes a new allocation and clones all of the elements\nto it. Box\u003c[T]\u003e::into_vec() makes a Vec from the existing allocation\nwith a capacity equal to the current size.
