[roll] Roll fuchsia [ffx] add analytics for direct mode

On every actual connection attempt, emit an ffx_connection_mode
event, with values of "direct", "daemon", or "strict".

In reality, we disable analytics in strict mode, but the extra
possibility doesn't hurt, and if we ever enable strict-mode analytics
(e.g. to actually get analytics for strict mode :-) ), we'll have the
correct values.

Test: Ran manually, then verified that events were showing up in
BigQuery.
