[roll] Roll fuchsia [starnix] Remove arch_width field from ThreadState, compute from cpsr

The cpsr register's M flag is what determines if restricted mode will
execute in 32 or 64 bit mode. This removes the extra arch_width field
from ThreadState and computes the current architecture width from the
stored register value. Exec initializes the value as part of
initializing register state.

Signal handlers and ptrace could mutate the value (with strange
effects), this change will make Starnix respect the current actual value
at all times.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update
