[roll] Roll fuchsia [elfldltl] And callback option to elfldltl::PhdrLoadObserver

This extends the elfldltl::PhdrLoadObserver template class to
include a templated callback. The default template parameter of
elfldltl::PhdrLoadNoCallback provides a zero-overhead empty
object with a null callback that will be inlined away.

The elfldltl::MakePhdrLoadObserver front-end function can be
called with argument type deduction to easily construct an
observer object using any callable object, such as a lambda.

The callback is offered each valid PT_LOAD segment after the
standard observer's checks have been made, and can do additional
bookkeeping or checking work for a specific purpose.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance via the IRC channel #fuchsia on Freenode.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
