[roll] Roll fuchsia [structured_ui] Migrate structured_ui crate to concrete errors

Migrate the structured_ui crate from anyhow::Error to a strongly-
typed concrete StructuredUiError enum using #[derive(Error)],
completely removing anyhow from the crate's dependencies.

Redefine Result<T> at the crate level to return StructuredUiError.
Update all clear and TUI presentation trait methods (Interface::present)
natively. Update the ffx_product common MachineUi implementation
accordingly.

Eradicate the panic vector inside present_string_prompt by converting
BufReader expect calls to native StructuredUiError::PromptInput errors.

Test: fx test //src/lib/structured_ui:lib_test && fx build
