  "message": "[roll] Roll fuchsia [wlan][realm-factory] Capability::protocol_by_name -\u003e Capability::protocol\n\nThe `Capability::protocol_by_name` function seems to succeed even when\nthe named protocol does not exist. This led to the loss of tracing in\nhw-sim tests because the fuchsia.tracing.controller.Controller\ncapability had been renamed to fuchsia.tracing.controller.Provisioner.\n\nThis change replaces all usage of `Capability::protocol_by_name` with\n`Capability::protocol` except when the protocol does not exist.
