[roll] Roll fuchsia [ffx][repository] Remove Daemon usage in tests

Refactors repository start server plugin tests to avoid using
DaemonConnector and FakeInjector. This aligns with the target design
of removing daemon dependency.

The tests now utilize a mock direct connection (DirectConnector)
configured with a local FDomain client. To simulate target namespace
traversal, a mock fuchsia.io.Directory is introduced to route directory
open requests to a FakeRcs proxy server stream.

Additionally, updates FfxTargetCrateError's into_command_error
conversion to correctly map target lookup and query ambiguity errors
(FfxTargetError) to user-facing errors (Error::User), allowing target
validation tests to assert correctly.

Note on test differences:
- Target identity is no longer mocked since the plugin does not query
  target identity at runtime.
- `test_auto_reconnect` simulates connection loss by disabling target
  discovery in the configuration, causing the daemonless knocker to fail
  target resolution with `TargetNotFound`.
