[roll] Roll fuchsia [bazel][idk][test] Fix verify_atom_info for non-x64 targets

Some of the tests using `verify_atom_info()` contain "x64" in paths in
the expected info, causing these test to fail when `target_cpu` is not
"x64". To avoid this, replace instances of "x64" in the expected info
string with the current CPU architecture. This is the simplest solution
and avoids complicating the test definitions.

NO_IFTTT=Does not modify the values passed to the provider.

Test: `fx bazel build --config=fuchsia --copt="-ffuchsia-api-level=4293918720" //build/bazel/bazel_idk/tests:build_only_tests` when `target_cpu = "arm64"`
