[roll] Roll fuchsia Revert "[trace][Lacewing] Catch and ignore FIDL errors when stopping tracing" This reverts commit 5dd424173051c686fa983fa404767ff587331d06. Reason for revert: This mitigation just led to different errors further on in trace processing, so I'm removing this hack Original change's description: > [trace][Lacewing] Catch and ignore FIDL errors when stopping tracing > > In the past, investigations into getting ZX_PEER_CLOSED while attempting > to stop tracing indicated that FuchsiaController was no longer able to > communicate with the device.
