[roll] Roll fuchsia [update-rustc-third-party] Download cargo-bazel ... instead of building it with crate_universe bootstrap. The bootstrap process creates a new bootstrap repository and does a full rebuild of cargo-bazel every time, which can take around a minute of even longer. This change switches to download this binary from upstream release with a matching version. As of version 0.59.1 today, the binary is < 20MB, so should be pretty fast to download. Note Mac support is included in this change but not tested. This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.
All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.
Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.
First install Jiri.
Next run:
$ jiri init $ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration $ jiri update
Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
