[roll] Roll fuchsia [gpt] Add Mapper passthrough for partitions

Enable Mapper session passthrough in the GPT component:
- Add `mapper` protocol to `PartitionService` in `partitions.fidl`.
- Lazily establish a parent Mapper session with the parent device in
  `GptManager` and register partition extents using an async FIFO.
- Override `open_mapper_session` on `PartitionBackend` to forward
  partition mapper sessions via `open_child_session`.
- Serve the `mapper` protocol node in partition directories.
- Update `Extents::encode_extents` to take `impl IntoIterator` and
  return an iterator so intermediate collections can be avoided.
- Add unit and integration tests.
