[roll] Roll fuchsia [kernel][riscv64] Modernize asm.S style

Update asm.S (context-switch and user-copy code) to use modern
style and <lib/arch/asm.h> macros. This adds missing CFI
directives, and makes use of some new macros to facilitate that.
It also adds .llvm.stack_sizes annotations to each function.

The only changes to the code within each function are to the
relative ordering of some register spills / reloads, where the
order of spills and reloads now match (FIFO) when before they
were reversed (LIFO).

The overall kernel layout may be affected by each function moving
into its own per-function section via the .function macro.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
