[roll] Roll fuchsia [audio][adr] 'ignore_devices' flag

This CL increases testability and test coverage.

Platform assembly uses AudioDeviceRegistryConfig when
defining platform bundles. Add a new flag so that product or
platform bundle definition can instruct the ADR not to
detect or otherwise engage with audio devices, and plumb the
value into component structured config so ADR code can
reference it. This new flag is defined here:

  platform = {
    media = {
      audio = {
        device_registry = { ignore_devices = true }
      }
    }
  }

This will be used to increase test coverage, by enabling
`audio_driver_tests` suites to connect directly to audio
drivers, on the products where the audio hardware's full
functionality is exposed.

While we are here, address clang warnings in device_detector
implementation and unittests, and simplify unittest handling
of loops/waits.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
