  "message": "[roll] Roll fuchsia [loadbench] Make loadbench work with ktrace streaming mode\n\nThis CL ensures that loadbench maintains its current functionality\nwhen ktrace streaming mode is enabled. It does so by ensuring that\nall `zx_ktrace_read` invocations are passed a buffer large enough\nto consume the contents of all per-CPU buffers.\n\nIt\u0027s worth noting that this CL doesn\u0027t actually take advantage of\nktrace streaming in loadbench; it simply emulates the previous\nsaturating behavior with the new streaming semantics.
