[roll] Roll fuchsia [kernel] arch_setup_uspace_iframe -> arch_prepare_uspace This changes the internal API between ThreadDispatcher and arch-specific code slightly. The arch routine now takes the ThreadDispatcher::EntryState struct directly (now known as UserEntryState in the lower layers). It's also renamed to arch_prepare_uspace to more closely pair with arch_enter_uspace and pave the way for it touching things other than the iframe. Later on, EntryState might include the thread pointer, which is not in the iframe on all machines.
