"message": "[roll] Roll fuchsia [lowpan] Explicitly drop `prefix_watch` when stopping PD client.\n\nDuring the teamfood stage of the Thread PD feature launch, a crash was\ndetected on the PD client side when the Wi-Fi interface toggled offline\nand back online.\n\nThe root cause is that we only dropped the `PrefixControl` endpoint when\nstopping the PD client, while the `PrefixControl.WatchPrefix` was still\nholding a future to monitor upcoming prefix events. Consequently,\ndropping `PrefixControl` alone did not trigger the\n`Dhcpv6PrefixControlRequest` closure event on the server side.\n\nWhen the PD client restarted and called `PrefixProvider.AcquirePrefix`\nto solicit a new prefix, the server-side internal state check failed.\nBecause currently only one active PD client at a time is supported, so\nit rejected the new request.\n\nThis CL fixes the issue by explicitly dropping the `prefix_watch` handle\nalongside `PrefixControl` when stopping the client. This ensures the\nserver\u0027s `on_dhcpv6_prefix_control_close` callback is triggered and the\nprevious FIDL channel is cleaned up before a new prefix is solicited.\n\nOriginal-Bug: 491112007\nTest: manual testing\nOriginal-Reviewed-on: https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/c/fuchsia/+/1566993\nOriginal-Revision: 44ab367398eaf9e49da64b5aec7168c449cf54e4\nGitOrigin-RevId: 531d4a0c2d72d3c9d84ee2418f46886689313313\nChange-Id: I56bd4bd61930eab1f1939a42be7e7ad37bd3f3a0\n",
