  "message": "[roll] Roll fuchsia [settings] Process Audio FIDL requests concurrently\n\nCurrently, the settings service processes incoming Audio FIDL requests\nsequentially. It blocks reading from the FIDL channel until the\ncurrent request is fully processed.\n\nDuring vigorous volume scrubbing (e.g., in the Now Playing screen),\nclients like cast_agent send a high volume of Set requests in a\nvery short time. Because of the sequential processing, these requests\nback up in the Zircon channel buffer, eventually overflowing it\n(64KB limit). This causes the client to receive a ZX_ERR_SHOULD_WAIT\nwrite error, leading it to permanently close and invalidate its\nchannel handle, causing subsequent volume adjustments to fail with\nZX_ERR_BAD_HANDLE.\n\nThis CL resolves the issue by wrapping RequestHandler in an Rc and\nspawning an asynchronous local task for each incoming request. This\ndecouples request reading from request processing, allowing the main\nFIDL stream loop to remain non-blocking.
