[roll] Roll fuchsia [chunked-compression] Fix unaligned memory access Use std::memcpy instead of direct pointer casting to safely parse potentially misaligned chunked archive headers. In blobfs, the delivery blob payload is offset by a 28-byte header, rendering the payload (and the seek table at offset 32) only 4-byte aligned. Casting this to const SeekTableEntry* (which requires 8-byte alignment) triggers a fatal UBSAN alignment violation during writes.
