[roll] Roll fuchsia [test_manager] Use RealmInstance::destroy This is subtly different from taking the destroy awaiter manually, as calling destroy() also correctly handles tearing down any local components correctly. Before this change, it is possible for the tasks running local components to be dropped prematurely, causing local components to inexplicably stop executing.
