[roll] Roll infra/recipes [auto_roller] Use a proto message to pass roll options

Eventually we will add this message as a nested property for all recipes
that use the auto_roller module so that they don't need to plumb through
individual arguments from top-level properties. For now we use a
compatibility shim so that we need not immediately migrate all recipes
to the new API and to avoid breaking downstream repos.

The only breaking change for downstream repos is that I collapsed the
`gerrit_host` and `gerrit_project` arguments to
`api.auto_roller.attempt_roll` into a single `remote` field. Most
recipes already have the remote available as a property, so it's much
more convenient than requiring each recipe or builder config to split
the remote up into Gerrit host and Gerrit project components.

Most recipes still pass arguments directly to `attempt_roll` via a shim;
I'll convert them to use the `Options` functionality, and eventually
pass the Options via input properties, in a series of follow-up changes.

This should be a no-op, the expectation file diffs all result from
changing test data to be more realistic/correct.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance via the IRC channel #fuchsia on Freenode.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
