[roll] Roll fuchsia [tefmocheck] Fix wrong FailureReason for attributed tests Fixed a bug where the failure reason line was incorrectly extracted when a failure was attributed to a specific test (AttributeToTest: true). When the tefmocheck String was searched against the output for a specific test (SwarmingOutputPerTest), we returned a relative index. However, when searching for the FailureReason (getLine), we were searching against the entire task output (SwarmingOutput) using the relative index, leading to (at times) incorrect line reporting. Updated the search path to use the relative sub-buffer toCheckBlock to ensure the buffer matches the relative index.
