[roll] Roll fuchsia [test][kernel_panic] Add SMEP/PXN tests.

This CL adds an emulator test that checks that the kernel crashes when
it tries to execute user memory.

A new k command is added: `k crash_user_execute` creates an
userspace mapping, copies a simple function into it, remaps it as
read-only executable and calls that code.

The test should cause a kernel crash in both arm64 (PXN) and x86-64 (SMEP).

This CL also renames the SMAP test so it is architecture agnostic, to
avoid confusions.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance via the IRC channel #fuchsia on Freenode.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
