[roll] Roll fuchsia [bazel_migration] Migrate src/storage/lib/vfs/cpp

This is a necessary dependency for migrating a simple Fuchsia package:
`build-info-service`.

Because `friend` is not a Bazel-supported feature on cc_library,
`connection` headers are split out from `//src/storage/lib/vfs/cpp` to a
separate target, with proper visibility set, to prevent leakage,
preserving the previous visibility restrictions enforced by
`friend = [ ":*" ]` in GN. `vfs_headers` is split out to yet another
target to avoid circular dependency.

Test: fx build --fuchsia_platform @//src/storage/lib/vfs/cpp -- \
 --copt=-ffuchsia-api-level=4293918720

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
