[roll] Roll fuchsia [storage][sparse]: update test to be more real-world

In the real world, images rarely fit in perfect 4096 blocks.

Have our simg2img round trip test generate a random image that
intentionally is not divisible by 4096 and check that the remainder of
the bytes from simg2img are all 0.
