[roll] Roll fuchsia [fdomain] on Client Drop fail all transactions, reads, and writes

This fixes the situation where the connection to the Target is dropped while
we are in the middle of awaiting to read a response from the Target.

This is most commonly seen during a reboot but can happen any time the
Client is in the middle of awaiting a response from the Target.

If the read is not failed then the fidl call to the Target will be stuck
await-ing forever.
