[roll] Roll fuchsia [ebpf] Use memio primitives for load/store ops

Previously load and store operations were implemented in the interpreter
using read_unaligned and write_unaligned. Now they use the primitives
provided by the memio module. This allows to avoid undefined behavior
when accessing shared memory and ensures correct atomicity semantics
for these operations.
