[roll] Roll fuchsia [bt][hfp] Sanitize FIDL inputs before serializing

Make the `Number` constructors `from_non_at_string` and `from_at_string` fallible, returning an error if the input contains ASCII control characters or internal double quotes. This improves robustness when handling inputs from FIDL clients by ensuring that `Number` instances are structurally valid before they are serialized over the RFCOMM channel.

Update all call sites in `bt-hfp-audio-gateway` and `bt-hfp-hands-free` to handle the new `Result` type. In the Audio Gateway, invalid call setups are safely ignored by propagating the validation error.
