[roll] Roll fuchsia [f2fs] Debian guest based compatibility test

Using Debian guest virtualization, mkfs and fsck compatibility test
between Linux and Fuchsia is applied. The test environment connects
an image file created in Fuchsia to Linux as a block device. For
Fuchsia-side tests, |FileBackedBlockDevice| class augments the image
file to a block device.

Currently, this test can only be operated on local machines.

Test:
$ ./src/virtualization/packages/debian_guest/build-image.sh \
  prebuilt/virtualization/packages/debian_guest/images/x64 x64
$ fx set core.x64 --with //src/storage/f2fs:tests \
  --with //src/storage/f2fs/test/compatibility:tests
$ IMAGE_SIZE=1073741824 fx qemu -k -N
$ fx test f2fs-compatibility-test-v2

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance via the IRC channel #fuchsia on Freenode.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
