  "message": "[roll] Roll fuchsia [build] Fix RBE wrapper not to interfere with options it doesn\u0027t understand\n\nWithout this, the wrapper thinks that e.g. `-r` is short for\n`-rtlib` and is missing its option value.  There is no need for\nthe wrapper to recognize options just because they exist, so\nrather than adding each option that is otherwise broken by it, it\nshould just leave all other options alone as seems to be the\nintent.
