[roll] Roll fuchsia Revert "[wlancfg] Cease logging dfs_channel_transition dimension in roaming metrics" This reverts commit 0207505db9ac0902a6ab9804c28e88bad660f642. Reason for revert: The cobalt-registry was not picked up as expected. Original change's description: > [wlancfg] Cease logging dfs_channel_transition dimension in roaming metrics > > The policy_roam_attempt_count_detailed metric includes a dfs_channel_transition dimension > that was not accurate because wlancfg telemetry is not aware of the country code > currently set. This change logs 0 to the dfs_channel_transition > dimension to avoid continuing to report incorrect data, and logs to > the new metric policy_roam_attempt_count_detailed_2 that drops the > dfs_channel_transition dimension. > > During the annual metric maintenance, wlancfg should remove usage of > policy_roam_attempt_count_detailed. > > Depends-on: fuchsia:I312a3f20dca3cbd7e22672c2c643a6a08a018cc4 > Change-Id: I9cdf420ded469a49c4c6271e84420ce43b788055 > Original-Reviewed-on: https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/c/fuchsia/+/1405534 > Dependencies-Satisfied: CL Deps Checker <cl-deps-checker@fuchsia-internal-service-accts.iam.gserviceaccount.com> > Reviewed-by: Hayden Nix <haydennix@google.com> > Fuchsia-Auto-Submit: Charles Celerier <chcl@google.com> > Commit-Queue: Charles Celerier <chcl@google.com> Original-Reviewed-on: https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/c/fuchsia/+/1408875 Original-Revision: 137fe85cba718eff28ce4d90eecf3d0db6d1058f GitOrigin-RevId: feb9a171242c1cc68552b583152cd2c4bf78fd5c Change-Id: I703a31cd2d872684bbaf17b2d708db45d20bf3a0
