  "message": "[roll] Roll fuchsia [kernel][vm] Remove freeing_owned_pages\n\nExisting call sites sometimes have to \u0027lie\u0027 when freeing pages from a\nhierarchy and claiming that the pages are not owned by this node. While\ntrue, they are owned by some node, and should logically be freed by\nthat node. The argument put forward in these locations is that\nhierarchies do not need to be correct, since they will never have a\npage source handling free.\n\nInstead of having call sites make this argument and pass a false value\nfor freeing_owned_pages, this change puts it forward as a global\nproperty, that objects that have a page source handling free do not\nhave children, that can be checked and then generally assumed.
