[roll] Roll fuchsia [camera] Add missing sysmem token sync

This change adds a missing BufferCollectionToken Sync call before
returning the new token to callers of camera2.Stream.GetBuffers. Without
a sync, sysmem could reject the token as invalid.

Test: ran camera unit tests
      manually ran product scenarios
