[roll] Roll fuchsia [kernel] Introduce ZX_RESTRICTED_OPT_EXCEPTION_CHANNEL

Add a new option to zx_restricted_enter to specify that exceptions
should be delivered using exception channels. This is also the only way
currently implemented to deliver restricted mode exceptions so we also
update all call sites of zx_restricted_enter to provide this option.

Once we add support for in-thread exception handlers, callers can opt
into this method of exception delivery by removing the
ZX_RESTRICTED_OPT_EXCEPTION_CHANNEL option.

Note we could choose to invert this option, such that no options would
default to exception channels and we could add an option to select
in-thread exceptions. We didn't choose this option because it's expected
that once implemented, the in-thread method makes more sense as a
default behavior.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance via the IRC channel #fuchsia on Freenode.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
