[roll] Roll fuchsia [audio][tools] Benchmark profiler update

Increase the default runs-per-scenario to 100, so by default we execute
for one second.

Use -5 dB instead of unity gain, when benchmarking "constant gain".

When benchmarking "new ramp upon every mix", first also apply a
discontinuous gain change.

Add an option to omit the verbose legend.
