[roll] Roll fuchsia [rcu][collections] Externalize node type from RcuList

Previously, RcuList defined its own Node type. After this CL, clients
are required to define their own Node types and provide an
RcuListAdapter to give the RcuList access to the Link embedded in the
Node. RcuRawHashMap now defines its own list node type, called Entry.

This change prepares us for adding a second Link to hash map Entry
objects to track the insertion order in the hash map.

RcuList is now more similar to RcuIntrusiveList in that both of them now
externalize their node type. The difference is that RcuList is
responsible for heap allocation and deallocation where as
RcuIntrusiveList is just responsible for maintaining the linked list
invariants without knowledge of how the memory is managed.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
