[roll] Roll fuchsia [wlan][tests] Move realm-factory component and FIDL
This moves src/connectivity/wlan/testing/hw-sim/testing/realm-factory ->
src/connectivity/wlan/tests/helpers/realm-factory, and moves the fidl
directory to be a subdirectory of realm-factory.
This is part of a reorganization of the directory structure for new WLAN
integration tests.
