[roll] Roll fuchsia [kernel][fifo] Use 64-bit counters When the 32-bit head and tail counters overflow they create a discrepancy between what the value of '0' should point to. If the fifo holds 3 elements then a head_ of UINT32_MAX would be slot 0, meaning that UINT32_MAX + 1, should be slot 1, but it is 0. This problem only occurs due to the element count being allowed to not be a power of 2. The solution in this CL is to use 64-bit head and tail counters so that they can never overflow. Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.
First install Jiri.
Next run:
$ jiri init $ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration $ jiri update
Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
