  "message": "[roll] Roll infra/recipes [bindgen] Add a bindgen recipe\n\nThis patch creates a bindgen that is statically linked to clang.\n\nIt directly builds libclang, but eventually we will migrate this to use\nthe prebuilt libclang once LLVM supports building a dedicated libclang.a\nwith https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/198720.\n\nNote that this drops support for compiling bindgen on Macs and Windows,\nsince we\u0027re running into libffi issues on those platforms.
