  "message": "[roll] Roll fuchsia [skills] Add skill for managing fuchsia emulator\n\nIntroduce a new skill to handle starting, stopping, and querying the\nFuchsia emulator.\n\nTo verify this, we performed a rigorous two-way ablation study on a\nclean minimal.x64 build configuration:\n\n1. Skill-Only (Ablated GEMINI.md):\n   - Stripped all emulator-related rules from GEMINI.md.\n   - Fresh agent successfully discovered and followed the skill recipe.\n   - Clean startup in 5 action turns (100% linear focus).\n\n2.
