  "message": "[roll] Roll fuchsia [starnix] Implement TIOCGPTPEER ioctl in devpts\n\nThis implements the TIOCGPTPEER ioctl for primary PTYs. It allows safely\nobtaining a replica PTY file descriptor without performing path lookup,\nwhich is useful for avoiding race conditions and bypasses mount\nnamespace restrictions.\n\nWhen opening /dev/ptmx, we record the replica\u0027s NamespaceNode on the\nprimary PTY file object directly.
