[roll] Roll fuchsia [component_manager] Deduplicate served bootfs package directories Uses the package_directory::RootDirCache type to deduplicate all of the RootDir objects that are used to serve package directories. Previously, each resolution would have its own copy. Adds to inspect the open package directories and their connection count (this includes when a subdir of a package directory is opened, which was already being deduplicated) as well as the bootfs package index. First install Jiri.
Next run:

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
