[roll] Roll fuchsia [starnix] Improve error messages for invalid container images

This change improves error handling in the Starnix container generator.
It modifies to propagate errors instead of panicking
and adds descriptive context when image extraction or ramdisk parsing
fails. This addresses the 'invalid magic number' error by telling
the user exactly which file is invalid.
