[roll] Roll fuchsia [fidl][cpp] Move function bodies & asserts out of wire_messaging.h This move all static_asserts and function bodies out of generated wire_messaging.h files. This means that they're only evaluated and compiled once per build (modulo toolchain, subbuild, etc). Because these headers are very widely included this has an impact on the build time for many compilation units. Locally I was comparing the build time for sdk/lib/zxio/debuglog.cc because it's a pretty small, simple file that was taking a long time. The compile time for it (measured with hyperfine) dropped from 10.5s to 6.6s. Runtime performance looks to be mostly marginally improved: https://logs.chromium.org/logs/fuchsia/buildbucket/cr-buildbucket/8717310157071788769/+/u/compare_perf_test_results_without_and_with_CL/stdout There are still more optimizations to be done across other generated headers. This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.
All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.
Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.
First install Jiri.
Next run:
$ jiri init $ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration $ jiri update
